Hi, I’m ATI WILLIAMS.

Hey there rockstars! I'm not just your ordinary General Contractor, I am a design aficionado, an entrepreneur, and educator, and someone who has seen it all when it comes to remodeling projects. I've been featured in The New York Times, Washington Post, Washingtonian Magazine, CNN, MSNBC, ABC, NBC, CBS, Essence Magazine, Black Enterprise, and more . I am the host of ‘Hack my Home’ on Netflix, and was the host of DC Flippers on HGTV.

I've had the pleasure of working on hundreds of renovations throughout my career. As the Principal of Honeycomb Design and Construction and Honeycomb Real Estate Development, I've tackled everything from small DIY projects to complete gut rehabs.

My love affair with renovation and real estate began as a total oops moment. It all started back in 2004 when I bought my first home out in the suburbs of Washington DC. I was a young and adventurous soul, but my friends never wanted to make the trek out to the suburbs to visit me. They claimed it was too far! So, being the not-so-sensible 20-something-year-old that I was, I decided to take matters into my own hands. I embarked on a mission to make my home more enticing. I did some minor renovations—new paint, new carpet, and I even planted some flowers in the front yard. Little did I know, my little renovation project would turn into a life-changing experience. Fast forward six months later, I sold the house and made more money than I was making at my regular job! I was absolutely hooked on the process and the possibilities that real estate and renovations offered.

From that moment on, there was no turning back. I dove headfirst into the world of real estate, flipping houses, and embracing the exhilarating challenge of turning neglected spaces into stunning homes. I became a Licensed General Contractor, started my own company, and here I am today, sharing my passion and knowledge with all of you.
